Newport Senior Living was designed to accommodate those accustomed to a higher standard of living. Our goal is to provide what we see as lacking in the senior community: custom built, upscale senior living homes that offer exceptional care, along with luxurious amenities tailored for seniors. Our homes are all custom built from the ground up, designed exclusively as senior living homes, with one level floor plans for wheelchair accessibility. Located in the Newport Heights area of Newport Beach, all of our homes are conveniently located close to the ocean, parks, hospitals, medical offices and senior centers.

We offer all private bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Our rooms are spacious and light with wide doorways for wheelchair access. Each bathroom has a roll-in shower, toilet and sink that are accommodated for wheelchairs, if necessary. Most of our rooms open to beautiful patios. Along with a light, cheerful interior, our homes have wide hallways, front porches that are great for relaxing or people watching, lush patios with beautiful gardens, large rooms and skylights throughout.

We provide gourmet, home cooked meals using the freshest ingredients. Our kitchen staff is trained to meet the individual needs of our residents. In addition, our staff is highly experienced and well trained in all aspects of assisted living care. Services offered include, but are not limited to, the following:

Each of our homes has two to three caregivers and accommodates up to six residents. In addition, we have a separate night time wake-staff to take care of the resident night time needs. Our staff is extremely caring and loving, and we pride ourselves in making sure our residents are happy and well-cared for.
